The Gubernatorial Candidate of the Young Progressives Party YPP, Alhaji Waziri Gobir says the party is the only and best alternative to transform Kwara State.
Gobir he made this known today while meeting with the stakeholders of Ilorin South Local Government at Balogun Fulani ward two Ilorin.
The former Kwara APC stalwart and gubernatorial aspirant in 2019 said he has worked so hard for the success of the party, which has now yielded positive results, calling the people who are insinuating that his party will align with other parties is a joker.
He has assured his supporters that his party would not join alliance with any other party ahead of 2023 general elections
Gobir during the meeting commended the eleven wards under ilorin south local government for their support and sacrifice and working tirelessly to move the party forward in their respective domains.
The Madawaki of Ilorin, who urged the youths to work hard for the progress of the party said he has designed various programme that would benefit the youth.
Speaking earlier, the Chairman of YPP in Kwara State Chief Dele Ogunbayo in his remark urged the party stakeholders and other members to work together in order to achieve success in 2023 elections.
He promised that the party will work for the betterment of the people if elected in 2023.
