The All Progressives Congress (APC) Senatorial Candidate for Kwara Central, Mallam Saliu Mustapha, has pleaded with prospective voters in Ilorin South Local Government Area of Kwara State to maintain peace before, during and after the forthcoming general elections.
Mustapha, who was joined in a campaign train by the APC Candidates for Ilorin East/South Federal Constituency, Hon. Yinka Ahmed Aluko and that of the State House of Assembly for Ilorin South Constituency, Hajia Maryam Aladi, made the plea during a voter engagement session at Ilota, Akanbi Ward 1 of Ilorin South Local Government Area.
While soliciting the support of women in the forthcoming elections, the APC Senatorial Candidate promised to facilitate sustainable development programmes for female folk to enhance their skills.
Mustapha, therefore, appreciated the youth for their large turnout, describing them as the vanguards for good governance.
He assured them of good representation that would attract more opportunities and renewed hope for the people.
The Turaki of Ilorin, therefore, canvassed their unalloyed support for all APC candidates in the general elections to take the state to an enviable height.
