The campaign organization of the All Progressives Congress Candidate for Asa/Ilorin West Federal Constituency, Mallam Muktar Shagaya has received a massive boost as the traditional rulers in Ilorin West and Asa Local Government areas.
The endorsement was given during a meeting with the council of Magajis/Alanguas/Daudus in both Ilorin West and Asa where he was praised for his contribution in promoting democracy, good governance, and economic development.
The highly successful interactive session chronicled the phenomenal successes already recorded by the Shagaya family towards the development of Ilorin and the state which concluded that when compared to others in the race Mallam Muktar Shagaya stands head and shoulder above the rest.
They described him as the most prepared, the most suitable in terms of competence, character, capacity and the most humane to lead Asa/Ilorin West Federal Constituency to an enviable prosperous status.
The meeting commended Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq for the achievements he has recorded thus far and for demonstrating that he is a patriot and a man of integrity.
Shagaya in his remakes assured the traditional leaders of quality representation and policies that will promote security of lives and properties, empowerment and employment.
He however enjoined the people to reach for their PVCs and ensure they vote in Saturday’s election to herald the change envisaged for the state and the country at large.
