The Kwara state government says the monthly sanitation exercise for the month March will be held tomorrow Saturday 25, 2023.
A statement by the Press Secretary,
Ministry of Environment Yakub Kamaldeen Aliagan says the exercise between the hours of 7:00 am to 9:00 am.
The statement enjoined residence to fully participate in the sanitation exercise by cleaning their residential and business environments.
It added that there will be no vehicular and human movement across the state within the time frame of the exercise.
Aliagan said monitoring agencies will be on ground to monitor compliance across the State, with waste management trucks on the street for waste collection and subsequent disposal at the final dump site in the Ilorin metropolis.
