The newly sworn-in Chief judge of Kwara State, Justice Abiodun Adebara says the judiciary must first acknowledged the challenges facing its and address it in order to reposition the judiciary system of Nigeria.
Adebara was sworn-in yesterday by the Kwara State Governor along his colleague, Kadi Abdullateef Kamaldeen as substantive chief judge of Kwara State and Grand Kadi Kwara State Shariah Court of Appeal respectively.
Sobi FM Correspondent Toyin Saheed report that Adebara in his speech expressed his displeasure over lack of justice for many citizens, especially the poor while restated his commitment to ensure justice delivered promptly and effectively to all.
Chief Judge however assured the governor and the people of Kwara State that brother-judges, together with the entire workforce of the Kwara State Judiciary, are committed to serving the people to the best of their abilities.
