The College of education Oro has assured the 2022/2023 graduating Students that the the college and the Ekiti State University, Ado-Ekiti is putting everything in place to ensure they are for the next batch of the NYSC.
A statement signed by the registrar Dr. Abdulkareem Amuda-kannike and made available to newsmen in reaction to a publication regarding the NYSC mobilisation of the 2022/2023 graduating students, stated that the claims in the said publication are far from reality.
The registrars in the statement said the degree programme is an affiliation of Ekiti State University Ado-Ekiti, saying that all arrangements and resources had been made on the College portal to ensure a timely mobilisation of the students at the Ekiti State University, Ado-Ekiti.
He said the comprehensive compilation of the students results on the portal was done to hasten and fast track the release of results, and the process of graduating from manually computation of results to a Portal computerise based registration/results is not an easy task.
According to him “this the students are ignorant off. The fact is that, the college committed a lot of resources despite the non cooperative attitude of the students. However, the students seems not to really understand the process.
“The College wish to state that it committed to timely graduation and mobilisation of the students and has worked effortlessly to avert any delay as presently, the results is scheduled to be attended to by the University,” he said.
The statement said the provost of the College Professor Mukaila Ayanda Aremu enjoined the students to be calm while assuring them that all hands has been put on deck to resolve and also avert any further delay.
