Fomer Balogun Gambari of Ilorin, Alhaji Abdulkareem Laaro Buhari, has passed away at the remarkable age of 97.
The sad news of his demise was announced by his family members earlier today.
The janazah for the deceased will be held at the Balogun Gambari compound at 4 pm today.
It is worth noting that Alhaji Abdulkareem Laaro Buhari is the father of Kubrat Buhari, a valued member of the Sobi FM family.
Alhaji Abdulkareem Laaro Buhari’s contributions to the cultural and social heritage of Ilorin will be remembered for generations to come.
As Ilorin mourns the loss of one of its esteemed sons, our thoughts and prayers are with the family and loved ones of Alhaji Abdulkareem Laaro Buhari during this difficult time. May his soul rest in peace.
