The Chairman of the Gbenga Power Foundation, Hon. Gbenga Oyekunle Power, has felicitated muslim faithfuls on the advent of the Eid el Kabir celebration.
“I extend my warmest wishes to all the Muslim faithful on this auspicious occasion of Eid El Kabir and as you all celebrate the festive, May this special occasion bring peace, Prosperity and unity to our our state and country at large.”
The philanthropist further admonished kwarans on the importance and teachings that the festive bears
which is to commemorate the willingness of Ibrahim to sacrifice his son as an act of obedience to Allah’s command.
“We should therefore be mindful of the teachings and lessons that should be learnt from this celebration as it is one of having utmost faith and trust in the Almighty Allah.”
Hon. Gbenga Power concluded by admonishing Kwarans to rededicate themselves to the service of the Almighty and also continually pray for our dear country, Nigeria.
