The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Worldwide Impact Engineering Solution Limited, Lagos, Engineer Sunday Oyewole, has called on members of the Union Technical School Old Boys to unite in efforts to restore their alma mater to its former glory.
Engineer Oyewole made this appeal during a reception held in Ilorin to celebrate his 61st birthday anniversary.
Addressing attendees, he emphasized the importance of the alumni coming together to support the Kwara State Government in revitalizing the technical school, which was once regarded as the best in Nigeria.
“We, the old boys, are now united and ready to assist the government in bringing back the excellence that Union Technical School was known for,” he said. “I urge all alumni and the public to join hands in revamping our alma mater.”
Engineer Oyewole also reaffirmed his commitment to working alongside fellow Union members to promote technical and science education in Kwara State and across Nigeria.
He expressed his gratitude to those who attended his birthday celebration, thanking the Almighty for his blessings and praying for long life and prosperity for all members of the Union.
