The former Kwara State Chairman of Radio Television Theater Arts Workers Union (RATTAWU), Comrade Abdulyekini Gesua, has paid a glowing tribute to the late Alhaji Abdulsalami Omotosho Ishola Ayinla Ayilara on the tenth anniversary of his passing.
In a heartfelt eulogy, Comrade Gesua described Alhaji Ayilara as a respected and accomplished individual who left an indelible mark on the lives of those around him.
He highlighted Alhaji Ayilara’s instrumental role in salvaging the welfare of staff and infrastructure of Radio Kwara during his tenure as Board Chairman under the late Governor Mohammed Lawal.
“Alhaji Ayilara’s numerous contributions to the station are still remembered and cherished today,” Comrade Gesua said.
“His legacy serves as a testament to the significant impact he had on his family, community, and society as a whole.”
Comrade Gesua prayed to Allah to grant Alhaji Ayilara eternal rest and be with the family he left behind.
