Motorists and residents of the Yebumoat area in Ilorin West local government of Kwara State have lauded Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq and members of the Kwara State executive council for the dualization of the Yebumoat – Oloje road.
Speaking with newsmen at Yebumoat in Ilorin on Sunday, the TOAN zone A local chairman, Mr Azeez said the AbdulRazaq-led administration had demonstrated a unique commitment to the massive development of Kwara State mostly in the area of quality road construction in his quest to give a huge sense of belonging and make life more meaningful to all Kwarans.He said the road has been in deplorable condition over the years but the approval of dualization of the road is sensitive to the needs of the people in the area of quality road construction and rehabilitation.A commercial motorcyclist, Dayo Opeyemi commended the members of Kwara State Executive Council (Exco), for their huge support in ensuring that the stronger Kwara Agenda of Governor AbdulRazaq is realised.A resident of the community, Alh Baba Kekere commended the effort of Kwara Gov on the dualization of the road saying it will boost the economy and bring more growth to the community and state at large, Speaking further he urged the governor to as a matter of public importance prioritise the rock filling along the swampy section opposite Al-Hikmah On her part, University don, Dr Mrs Yusuf, expressed pleasure and gratitude to the kwara state governor over the ongoing construction of the Yebumoat -Oloje road project, urging the government to complete it before the rain starts fully.
