An Ilorin-based entrepreneur, Mr Julius Oyinlola Oyinloye, has been honoured with Nelson Mandela Leadership Award of Excellence and Integrity.
The West Africa Youth Council (WAYC), which presented the award to Oyinloye, also designated him as Humanitarian Ambassador of the year 2022.

The award was presented to Oyinloye, who is the Chief Executive Officer of Lylius Hotel, Asa-Dam, Ilorin at a brief ceremony in Ilorin, the Kwara State capital.

The Chairperson, ECOWAS Youth Council, Ambassador Emmanuel William, endorsed the certificate that conveyed the honour to the humanitarian ambassador.
The certificate indicated that Oyinloye was singled out as West African Personality.Also featured at the event was the presentation of the official plate number of ECOWAS Youth Council and allocation certificate to the awardee.
It was stated in the certificate that the award was presented to Oyinloye in lieu of his great effort as an exceptional businessman and entrepreneur, a distinguished personality of high repute and goal oriented individual with passion for youth and societal development.
Among the honouree’s friends and dignitaries that graced the epic event are the Italy-born Contractor handling the multi billion Kwara State International Conference Centre, Mr Alexandro Mortoini; the Cheif Executive Officer of Arena Hotel, Ogbomoso, Mr Taiye Obaro; the immediate-past Chairman of Ekiti Local Government Area of Kwara State, OluOmo Yinka Dallas and an America-based business man, Mr Abolaji Bode.
Oyinloye hails from Omugo, Oro Ago District of Ifelodun Local Government Area of the state.
