As parts of her efforts in rasijg awareness on Gender Based Violence and increase its advocacy in Kwara state, the Rising Child Foundation has launched a Gender-based violence awareness platform to enhance public knowledge on Gender Based Violence.
The platform is designed to enable people to prevent gender-based violence, identify it and know what action to take when it occurs.
The intention behind the creation of this platform is to make everyone a stakeholder in the fight against gender-based violence.
The platform is designed as a questionnaire that contains realistic analogies of GBV cases and likely responses from various groups of people.

PROJECT STAMP OUT GBV: THE SOROSOKE PLATFORM
During the launch of the platform, the Executive Director of the Rising Child Foundation, Mrs. Taibat Hussain said “the digital quiz will enhance people’s knowledge on what GBV is, what steps they can take to prevent it and how to report cases”.
