Just in: First Batch of Kwara Pilgrims Departs Saudi Arabia

The National Hajj Commission of Nigeria, NAHCON, has revealed that a total of 541 Kwara Pilgrims and 8 Officials departed Jeddah this morning to Ilorin via MAXAIR.

This was made known via a tweet @hajjreports this morning.

The Chairman of the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria, NAHCON, Alhaji Zikrullah Kunle Hassan during the post-Arafat meeting in Makkah solicited the cooperation of stakeholders toward a hitch-free airlift.He also gave an assurance that the exercise would be on a first in first out basis.

Over forty thousand Nigerians are awaiting their departure back home after the completion of this year’s Hajj
