Association of unemployed youths in Kwara under the aegis of Kwara Youths Unemployment Initiatives has raised an alarm over increase in it’s population.

The President of the association, Lukman Ambibola, who raised the alarm during an interview with Sobi FM explained that the association, which started with less than fifty members has now increased to seventeen thousand in less than three years.

Lukman, said they received members on daily basis, especially the youth corpers, while calling on the Kwara State Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrasaq to assist the youths with employment and job opportunities.

The president also appealed to the federal government, political office holders and private individuals to assist the group.

Lukman however explained further that the association has the largest youth members in kwara state.
