The Director General of the Kwara state PDP Campaign Council for the 2023 general elections, Professor Ali Ahmad, has issued letters of appointment to all members nominated to serve in various committees of the Council.
This follows the inauguration of the Unified Campaign Council members on Thursday by former President of the Senate and National Leader of the Party, Dr Abubakar Bukola Saraki in Ilorin, the State capital.

Lawal Akanbi Sharafadeen, made available to newsmen today in Ilorin, states that Prof. Ahmad congratulated all members of the Campaign Council and urged them to see their appointments as a call to serve the Party in the interest of the state and Nigeria.
While charging the Council members to sacrifice and work hard to deliver success for the Party in the 2023 general elections, the former Speaker of the Kwara State House Assembly expressed the readiness of the PDP Campaign Council to run an issue and fact based campaign ahead of next year’s poll.
In his remark, the State Chairman of the PDP, Hon. Babatunde Mohammed charged the Campaign Council members and all members of the party to go back to their respective wards and canvass votes for all the PDP candidates.
