A public analyst Dr. Kayode Eyindero has revealed that appointing incapable and unreliable personalities to head the security forces is the major cause of the country’s security problem.
Dr. Kayode made this known today while featuring on a sobi fm program titled Oro-ilu in ilorin saying some of the security operatives are culpable and conscious of the Kuje prison break that must be exposed.
He said, it is heartbreaking and disturbing how the terrorist were able to easily invade the prison located in the FCT, where high profile criminals are retained and operate for 2 hours and still get away with it.
He noted that for such to happen in a state where the security is supposed to be supreme then, the country is not safe adding that the government should take a drastic step to bring the perpetrators to book.
He however advised the masses to get their Permanent voters card (PVC) and vote wisely come 2023 election.
