The Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Sobi 101.9FM and the Baraden of Okuta Land Mallam Lukman Olayiwola Mustapha , has urged Nigerians to celebrate and protect the children of Nigeria on the occasion of Children’s Day.

In his message, he emphasizes the importance of nurturing and empowering the next generation for continued progress and national development.

“Our children represent the hopes, dreams, and aspirations of our society,” says Mallam Lukman. “They are the architects of our future, endowed with boundless creativity, curiosity, and potential.

It is our sacred duty as parents, leaders, and citizens to create an environment that fosters their growth, protects their rights, and equips them with the tools necessary to thrive.”

Mallam Lukman highlights the critical role that quality education, healthcare, and a stable home environment play in the holistic development of children.

He urges communities, NGOs, and government bodies to collaborate and invest in initiatives that safeguard children from exploitation, abuse, and deprivation, while promoting equal opportunities for all, regardless of their background.

“Let us celebrate Children’s Day not just with festivities, but with a renewed commitment to building a Nigeria where every child can grow, learn, and flourish,” Mallam Lukman concludes. “For when we invest in our children today, we secure a brighter future for our nation tomorrow.”
