The speaker, Kwara State House of Assembly honourable Yakubu Danladi-Salihu has described his late father Alhaji Salihu Gwanara has a community pillar that will be greatly missed.
The speaker who spoke with Sobi FM Dare Akogun in Gwanara during the fidau of the late foremost educator in the old Borgu kingdom said his numerous contribution will be missed by the family and the community as a whole.
He said the father as a foremost educator is the architect of western education in Gwanara district who ensured every children in the community and neighbouring areas has access to education, the people he described as the major legacy left behind by the deceased.
The speaker however promised that the children of the deceased will strive to build on the legacy of the late Tarfarkin Borgu for the constinuos human development of Gwanara and Baruten local government area as a whole.
