The Kwara State family court, presided over by Magistrate O.A Adeniyi, has ordered the remand of one Adesoye Toyin who allegedly sexually abused his pupil at Offa, Offa Local Government Area of the State.
Sobi FM gathered that the police first information report stated that one Munirat Bello took her grand daughter to school in Offa, where she was allegedly molested by the said teacher.
The report revealed that when the victim returned from school, the complainant (Bello) discovered dried stains of blood on her pant and on her private part.According to the report, the innocent girl revealed that her teacher (Toyin) touched her inappropriately while in school.
Medical report obtained from Offa General Hospital further established forceful penetration while Magistrate Adeniyi ordered Toyin’s remand in police custody.
