The Social Democratic Party, SDP, in Kwara has felicitated with the good people of the state particularly, the Muslim faithful on the occasion of Eid-el-Kabir celebration.
In a Sallah statement signed by the State Publicity Secretary, Barrister Ibrahim Sharafdeen, and made available to newsmen today in Ilorin stated that only fearless, courageous, and Godly leaders can guarantee the adequate well-being of the citizens.
The party urged the citizens particularly the Muslim faithful to supplicate to God Almighty for a new crop of leaders that is passionate about the yearnings of the citizens.
“The only way to guarantee adequate well-being of the citizens is by electing fearless, courageous, good-willed, and Godly leaders across the strata of the state. This is what our great party the SDP stands for.
“The Social Democratic Party, as the peopled oriented party shares in the pains and agony of Kwarans over the parlous state of the economy which has impoverished the common man.
“Our great party can not wait to rule the state in a bid to provide needed quality leadership to Kwarans at all times.
“There is no gainsaying in the fact that quality Leadership has been eroded for decades in the state, and the SDP stands as the best alternative party to rescue Kwarans from unfaithful leadership,” the statement reads
