The first batch of 313 Kwara State pilgrims is set to depart Jeddah for Ilorin in the early hours of tomorrow.

The group is scheduled to leave at 1:00 am Saudi Arabian local time and is expected to arrive at the Tunde Idiagbon International Airport in Ilorin at approximately 7:00 am Nigerian time.

This departure marks the conclusion of the annual Hajj pilgrimage for these pilgrims, who have been diligently preparing for this spiritual journey for months.

They will return to Nigeria with a renewed sense of spirituality and a deeper connection to their faith.

The Kwara State government, in conjunction with the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON), has made comprehensive arrangements to ensure the safe return of the pilgrims.

This includes providing transportation and necessary support throughout their journey.

Upon their arrival in Ilorin, the pilgrims are expected to be warmly welcomed by friends, family, and community members.

The Hajj pilgrimage holds significant spiritual importance for Muslims worldwide, and the Kwara pilgrims are honored to have had the opportunity to participate in this sacred tradition.
