In its effort to strengthen the multi-sectorial approach to achieving its objective for the development and growth of the state in the three sectors, Kwara Agro- Climatic Resilence Semi-Arid Landscapes team (ACReSAL) meets with the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD) on its Terms of Reference.
ACReSAL Communication Officer Okanlawon Taiwo, in a statement said the review meeting held today at the Ministry’s conference hall is aimed at cross-checking, making necessary corrections and amendment in the prepared terms of reference by the Kwara ACReSAL to fit in for the State’s project.
In attendance were the Directors and Professionals of the Ministry who all actively participated in the deliberation to share their views and opinions in the Terms of Reference for the execution of ACReSAL activities under the agricultural sector.
The Agro-Climatic Resilience in Semi-Arid Landscapes (ACReSAL) is a World Bank environmental project aimed at halting and remedying the devastating effects of global warming, environmental degradation and related health challenges in the state.
