The PDP Senatorial candidate for Kwara North, Hon.Adamu Isa Bawa has felicitated with youths across the world on the occasion of the International Youth Day.
12th of August, is a date set aside by the United Nations to celebrate youths world-wide.In a statement issued by the Isa Bawa media team and copies made available to newsmen Hon. Bawa commended the youths who have distinguished themselves and defied odds in bringing about a positive change to their society.He also emphasized the need for youths to get more access to quality education, employment, health care and monetary services which are crucial to their participatory role in nation building.Noting that the theme for this year’s occasion is ‘Intergenerational Solidarity: Creating a World for All Ages’, Hon. Bawa reiterated his commitment to bridging the gap between the older and the younger generation by ensuring that everyone is well represented and their aspirations are fully captured in his agenda for Kwara North.
