Hon. Sikiru Iyanda Olobi on behalf of the Sikirulahi Iyanda Foundation has extended its heartfelt condolences to the Wazirin Geri of Ilorin and former Senate President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Dr. Bukola Saraki, on the passing of his mother, Chief Mrs. Florence Morenike Saraki.
In a statement released by his Personal Assistant on Media and Publicity, Katayeyanjue Ayodeji Ismail, and made available to Sobi FM, Hon. Alhaji Sikiru Iyanda Olobi described the late Chief Florence Saraki as a mother to all and a role model worthy of emulation.
The foundation expressed deep sympathy for Dr. Saraki during this challenging time.
“We are acutely aware of how tough this period is for you, sir, and we stand with you in this moment of grief,” the statement read.
The foundation’s message also emphasized faith in divine support during this period of loss. “Our God is the chief guardian, a great supporter, and a good diviner. We are confident that He will continue to be with you forever.”
He added that Chief Mrs. Florence Morenike Saraki’s legacy as a nurturing figure and a paragon of virtue will be missed by everyone in Kwara state and Nigeria as a whole.
The foundation prayed to Almighty Allah to grant her Al Jannatu Firdaus.
