As Christians celebrate the end of the Lenten season, Chairman of the Kwara State Council of the Medical and Health Workers Union of Nigeria,
Comrade Bolatito Isaac, has extended his warmest congratulations to all members and Christians in the state.

In his Easter message, Comrade Isaac emphasized the importance of love, forgiveness, patience, and unity in building a harmonious nation.

He expressed gratitude to Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq for the early payment of salaries for workers in the state, enabling them to celebrate Easter festivities.

However, the union leader appealed to the governor to consider assisting pensioners, particularly with the payment of their consequential adjustment or provision of palliatives.

Comrade Isaac urged Christians to uphold the values of charity, kindness, and compassion, as exemplified by Jesus Christ during the Easter period.

He also stressed the need for fervent prayer and encouraged members to remain committed to values of humility, self-discipline, and peace.

The chairman also advised residents of Kwara state to celebrate with reflection, gratitude, and responsibility, while being mindful of security and kindness to the less privileged.
