The final flight carrying Kwara State pilgrims for the 2024 Hajj has safely arrived in Medina, Saudi Arabia.
The aircraft, which included all remaining pilgrims from Kwara State and Hajj officials, marked the successful completion of the airlifting process for the state.
On board the flight were prominent figures such as the Amirul Hajj of Kwara State, Dr. Ibrahim Oloriegbe, the Chairman of the Kwara State Pilgrims Welfare Board, Professor Moshood Jimba, and the Executive Secretary of the board.
The flight landed at Medina Airport without any incidents, and all passengers disembarked smoothly.
State Amirul Hajj Senator Ibrahim Oloriegbe, expressed gratitude to Allah for the successful airlifting process, despite encountering some inevitable challenges that were promptly resolved as they arose.
He assured the relatives of the pilgrims that the Board officials and NAHCON executives have taken comprehensive measures to ensure the well-being of the pilgrims during their stay in Saudi Arabia without any difficulties.
The completion of the airlifting process brings a moment of joy and gratitude for the pilgrims, who are now ready to embark on their significant religious journey.
