The Executive Director, Loans & Mortgage Services (L&MS) of Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria and Chairman, Board of Trustees of Sobi 101.9FM, Mallam Lukman Olayiwola Mustapha has commiserated with friends and families of Yusuf Mubarak ‘Authority’ over his unfortunate demise in mysterious circumstances.
Mustapha in a release signed by the rebirth media team described the late Mubarak as a promising young chap with bright future cut down in his prime.
He used the opportunity to call on all stakeholders, to brace up in addressing the immediate and remote causes of vices in various communities especially Ilorin, saying the communities can not afford to be loosing promising youths to vices alien to Ilorin.
“While I never met the deceased personally, I was introduced to him through his write-ups and comments especially on WhatsApp platforms and I can attest that, safe for his death, he had a bright future ahead of him.
“While we mourn his demise, we seize this opportunity to call on all stakeholders, private and public, to brace up in addressing the immediate and remote causes of vices in our various communities especially Ilorin, we cannot continue to loss our youths to vices that’s alien to our community, whose foundation and unifying factor Islam, which abhors all these vices now gaining traction in our midst,” he said.
Mustapha while charging the government and all relevant security agencies to unravel the killings he implored all community stakeholders to come together and arrest this drift.
He thereafter prayed Almighty Allah to accept his return, forgive his shortcomings and grant the family especially his parents and siblings the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
