The Senator representing Kwara Central at the National Assembly, Dr Ibrahim Yahaya Oloriegbe has appealed to the indigenes and residents of his constituency to remain calm and remain peaceful pending the favourable resolutions to address the hardship.
The lawmaker made the call today in a statement through his media aide, Bolaji Aladie, assuring that all hands are on deck to ensure that normalcy is restored as soon as possible to protect the livelihoods of the masses which have been grounded since the policy was declared.
Oloriegbe who expressed concerned over the issue urged members of his constituency to remain peaceful and unprovoked pending the time the government will be able to restore normalcy in response to the debilitating effects of the currencies swap.
He also assured that the National Assembly will not leave no stone unturned to ensure the issue is resolved.
